First year student in Urban Studies, in the Faculty of Arts, at the University of British Columbia

My name is Brendan Olson and I am a first year student in Urban Studies, in the Faculty of Arts, at the University of British Columbia. I am thankful to have received the UCBeyond scholarship to allow me to reach my goal of studying urban planning. I’m grateful for the support that was provided to me, as a student with JIA. I would like to encourage other youth to keep reaching for their goals - perseverance through adversity is so important.
